Jeffrey Liles, MD

Serving Patients of All Ages.

Dr. Jeffery Liles, MD is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience in treating patients with a variety of conditions. He has a strong background in acute and chronic diseases and preventive medicine. Dr. Liles completed his medical degree at Rush College of Medicine in Chicago, IL in 1998 and has since been actively practicing in Internal Medicine. In addition, Dr. Liles is a Commander in the US Navy Reserves and is currently a Flight Surgeon for a reserve Marine F-18 squadron. Dr. Liles provides the highest quality of care to his patients. He looks forward to working as a partner with patients to meet their health care goals. Outside of his practice, Dr. Liles enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and working out. Dr. Liles is committed to providing the highest quality of care to his patients and is passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle. He looks forward to continuing to serve his patients for many years to come.

Heidi Beer

Heidi Beer is a board-certified Health and Wellness Coach and has worked in the field for over 30 years. Her degree is in Exercise Science, where she holds a passion for ensuring exercise is beneficial and fun. She has an extensive background as a specialist in behavior change, fitness, diabetes, and nutrition. She has been a multi-sport coach along with enjoying participating in duathlons, triathlons, and winter activities. As a Health and Wellness Coach, Heidi can offer support, empathy, and accountability in the areas you want to improve on.

Michele Bauer, DSW LICSW

Michele received her degrees from Eastern Washington University’s School of Social Work and Capella University Doctorate of Social Work. She was raised in Northern Idaho and worked in Coeur d’Alene for 15 years as an outpatient mental health therapist treating patients of all ages. With a focus on mindfulness, Michele provides fresh approaches to engaging in a rewarding life by developing strong relationships and a safe plan for personal introspection. Michele enjoys partnering with primary care providers to support patients physical and mental health. Michele enjoys the outdoors with her husband, teenage daughter, four rescue cats, and two horses. She is an avid runner and enjoys kayaking, hiking, and horseback riding.
